RentorBuy is made by one developer. Questions, problems and suggestions all go to the same address, and replies come by email.
Please write in English. RentorBuy is available in the United States.
What to include
- The device (iPhone, iPad or Mac) and its system version.
- The app version, if you can find it. On a Mac, choose RentorBuy > About RentorBuy.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Any code the app showed you, such as one starting
V2-START. - Whether iCloud sync is turned on in the app's Settings.
- A screenshot, if it helps. Crop or cover any address or figure you would rather not share.
What not to send
Never send passwords, bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers, or copies of tax returns or statements. Support never needs them.
